Does it connect to my POS?+
No — and that’s deliberate. POS integrations break, need database access, and lock you in. RestockMate works alongside any POS. You can bulk-import your product list from a one-time POS export to get started fast.
Do my staff need their own phones?+
No. RestockMate works on one shared counter phone with 4-digit PIN switching, or on each staff member’s own phone — whatever suits your shop.
Does it track my stock levels?+
No stock counts, ever. Stock counting systems fail in busy shops because nobody keeps them updated. RestockMate only tracks what humans actually tell it: this item is running low. That’s why it keeps working.
What if my supplier doesn’t use apps?+
Orders go out as a WhatsApp message, a clean PDF, or a printout — whatever your supplier already uses. They don’t need to install anything.
Is my data shared with other shops?+
Product names and photos are shared (so scanning is instant for everyone). Your suppliers, prices, codes and order history are private to your shop — always.
